At Milkweed & Honey Apothecary, every product is handcrafted in small batches with great care. Because of the personal-use nature of skincare, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items for any reason once they have left our studio.
Melted Products
By ordering from us, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a natural product that may be affected by temperature changes during transit.
Although we take every possible precaution—such as shipping items frozen, adding ice packs during summer months, and using insulated packaging—melting can still occur.
Melted products are safe, effective, and fully usable, and melting does not affect the product's quality or benefits.
For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for melted products.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We want you to receive your order in perfect condition. If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@milkweednhoney.com within 7 days of delivery.
We will gladly send a replacement for any item damaged in transit or received in error.
