What is the Return Policy?

Due to the nature of our product, Milkweed & Honey has a strict NO RETURN policy. However, we do offer FULL refunds if the product is damaged or misplaced by USPS.

When will I get my product?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Because all orders are shipped via Priority Mail, they should only be in transit for 2-3 days (unless USPS is experiencing delays!)

Can I cancel my order?

You must cancel your order before it ships. You can do so by contacting us at info@milkweednhoney.com. If the item has already shipped, then unfortunately, it can not be canceled or returned.

Does your product contain any synthetic ingredients?

Never. We use only natural ingredients you can recognize and pronounce. Any scent in our products comes from natural essential oils, never synthetic fragrances.

Our suet fat is sourced from grass-fed, grass-finished zabiha halal beef produced on regenerative farms across the United States. We are committed to full transparency regarding our sourcing practices and exclusively collaborate with farms that align with our values.
