We only use grass-fed, grass-finished suet tallow, rendered in-house from local farms, along with thoughtfully selected natural ingredients. To preserve freshness and texture, store your product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or heat. If the product softens, allow it to cool, and it will naturally return to its original consistency.
Our products are made with natural ingredients and contain no stabilizers or fillers. Because of this, they may soften or melt during transit in warmer temperatures. While we take precautions such as shipping products frozen, adding extra insulation, and using ice packs during warmer months, melting can still occur. Melting does not affect the quality, effectiveness, or safety of the product. By purchasing, you acknowledge that temperature changes during shipping are a natural risk and melted products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
